I picked Ben up at about 10:30 this morning. We went to the movies to see Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. I highly suggest that you see it. It's the funniest movie I've seen in quite a long time. After the movie we got lunch, then wandered around Kmart to kill time. He had an eye appointment at 3 so at about 2:45 we just went over there and sat in my van. He went in when his mom got there.
He's going on vacation until the 12th. This is going to suck.

Had my first day at Allstate yesterday. It's not too bad, just a little overwhelming at first. I can tell that me working is going to be a pain in the ass though. Dealing with Dad, working around my schedule to see Ben.. it's nothing too huge, just that Ben's swim meets are usually Tuesday and Thursday, and that's when I work. I'll figure something out.

I keep not updating. I'm so lazy, it's not like I have anything else to do.
I got a job at an insurance firm. I start Tuesday. The guy straight up told me
"Telemarketing is really a terrible job, so we try to pay pretty good."
I also got a car, apparently. Tami was just going to give her Explorer away, so my dad offered to buy it for me. That works, I guess.

I got my hair cut. I really like it. I was going to take pictures but I'm terrible at taking them of myself. I'll probably ask Ben to do it later.
Going to a 50th wedding anniversary thing for the Dingle's at the church I used to go to; my mom grew up with their daughter. That's at 3.
I need to get more page protectors for band, I think I'm just going to make a separate notebook for drill. I realized yesterday there was something else I need from WalMart, and I'm upset because I can't remember at all what it is. I hate forgetting things.
I woke up yesterday with a sore ankle. It didn't really bother me but when I woke up today.. ugh. I don't remember twisting it or anything, but it's bruised and annoyingly painful.
I'm testing for my license again on the 8th. Either I pass or have to get another permit. I'm really hoping I don't fail again. Twice is bad enough.
I desperately need to find something to do during the day. Sitting around here all the time is beginning to drive me crazy. I'm pretty sure I need to get a job.
